A blend of enzymes and cleaners to provide both cleaning performance and drain maintenance. Can be used in septic or environmentally sensitive situations.

Kitchen, Laundry, Bathroom drains - use neat. Drains - Pour 80mls-160mls into drains twice weekly. Grease Traps - use neat. Pour 500mls daily for large volume restaurants. Use 230mls-295mls daily for small to medium volume restaurants. Garbage Chutes - Mix 250mls with 1L of water. Pour or spray into chutes and dumpsters daily. Nowchem Green Floor Cleaner

A low foaming neutral detergent for the cleaning of hard surfaces such as timber floors, tiles, vinyl, epoxy and other flooring. Its low foaming characteristics promote less tackiness and provide excellent cleaning properties whilst being pH neutral to ensure no unwanted damage occurs to sensitive flooring such as bamboo or parquetry.

Dilute solution 35mls/litre with warm water and mop surfaces. If streaks appear dilute higher to around 20mls/litre. Solution is environmentally safe and can be disposed of down drains once used. Ensure mops are clean and dry before use. Use microfibre for best results. Product can be used in a floor scrubber at 10mls/litre.

Avoid long term contact with skin and eyes. Wear light protective gloves and eye protection when handling undiluted. Do not mix with other chemicals. Chlor Gel

A commercial grade thickened liquid bleach gel solution which contains 3% Sodium Hypochlorite. Ideal for stain removal and brightening fabrics in laundries, kitchen cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning.

Dilute 200mls per 1L with water for use as a multipurpose cleaner use stronger as required. Apply neat in toilets and tiles and use diluted on glass and aluminium to avoid etching.

Disinfectants - All fragrances

Commercial grade disinfectant that is pH neutral and safe to use on most surfaces where sanitation is required. Contains a minimum 2% benzalkonium chloride which provides effective sanitation across a wide range of bacteria.

Disinfectant - 4%

An effective cleaner and sanitiser suitable for use on most surfaces in all areas which require sanitising and deodorising. Contains 4% Quaternary Ammonium compound and 2% Non‐Ionic Surfactant.

Recommended Dilution: Dilute 25mls per 1L of water. Mop, spray or wipe onto surface. Leave for 20 minutes to ensure effective disinfection. Remove excess solution with potable water and cloth or mop. Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water.

Floral Clean

A 3 in 1 cleaner, deodoriser and broad spectrum sanitiser containing 2% active disinfectant.

Recommended Dilution: 50mls per litre of water. Can be applied with a cloth or used in a spray and wipe application. When mopping dilute 30mls/litre of warm water and mop this will help avoid sticky residues. Can be used with a mop for floors (at 20mls per litre), or wiped onto surfaces with a cloth. For walls and tiles leave on for 20 minutes for effective disinfection. Rinse walls or tiles if necessary with fresh water. Can be used in dilutions between 100mls per litre and 25mls per litre with water if needed.

Foaming Hypocleanser

A highly effective broad spectrum cleaner and sanitiser and is referred to as a foaming chlorinated cleaner and detergent. Helps control germs (both bacteria and virus) on contact and is effective against a wide range of micro-organisms.

Recommended Dilution: General Cleaning 50ml per 1L with cold/warm water only. (Do not use HOT water and DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS) Wash surfaces with sponges, brooms, scouring pads or appropriate tooling and do not apply to aluminium or glass surfaces as etching may occur, do not use bleach or chlorinated products on shower screens as discolouration may occur. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. For mould areas dilute 100mls per 1L in cold water or neat in heavy mould areas if necessary. Always use product in a well ventilated area

A pH neutral spray for the cleaning of glass and chrome surfaces. Safe on tinted windows and chrome surfaces and leaves a streak free shine.

Use neat as required, in hotter months add a small amount of water to reduce evaporation. Best results achieved with a lint free or microfibre cloth.

Jazz Crème Cleanser

A powerful crème cleanser suitable for removing stains and stubborn dirt from tiles, sinks and general bathroom and kitchen surfaces.

Use direct from bottle onto surface. Use a wet soft cloth and rub surface to remove the dirt. Once clean rinse cloth and wipe surface clean to remove the liquid from the surface.

A disinfectant and effective room deodoriser with a pleasant country garden fragrance which masks objectionable odours. Safe to use on hard and soft surfaces, including curtains, carpet and fabrics.

To use as a disinfectant, dilute 50mls per 1L with water for use as a multipurpose cleaner. When mopping dilute 30mls/litre of warm water and mop this will help avoid sticky residues. A high performance, bleach and chlorine free alkaline cleaner specifically designed for cleaning mould and mildew from various surfaces.

Recommended Dilution: 50mls per 1L of water. Apply and leave on surfaces for extended periods to allow mould to be killed at all spores. Algicide

A broad spectrum anti-microbial solution designed to control green & mustard algae growth and general bacteria in swimming pools.

Pool Dilution - Ensure pool pH (7.2) and chlorine level (1-3mg/L) are correct. Follow the dosage chart on the bottle and run the filter for at least 4 hours per day. For hard surface mould treatment: Dilute with water 20mls per 1L up to 50mls per 1L.

Aluminium Sulphate

A liquid flocculent commonly used for the treatment of municipal water and waste water systems. It should not be used in ponds or dams where aquatic life is present.

Depending on the quality of water, a dosage of 50mg per 1 Litre down to 15mg/L is recommended. Add 500ml per 10,000L of water with slow agitation and disperse the alum into the water to ensure the alum is well mixed to allow for better results. Mixing for several hours is desirable and then allow the water to settle for 6-8 hours.

Euca Clean

A powerful and effective solution designed for the cleaning and maintenance of toilet, baths, showers, and washrooms. Its unique formula combines the power of three acids with Eucalyptus oil and is great at reducing uric acid build ups, irons stains and water marks often associated with wet areas.

Recommended Dilution: 20:1 with potable water: Apply to items such as showers, bath tubs, basins and hard surfaces. Scrub with brush, Eager Beaver, sponge or other cleaning apparatus to enable product to foam. Leave for 5 minutes and flush with potable water. Re-apply if necessary. For urinals and toilets bowls: apply neat to enable concentrate to remove stains and acid residues. Concentrations may change as necessary per application.

Hydrochloric Acid

Used to clean bricks and masonry, concrete paths, rust from steel, lower the pH in swimming pools, pH balancing water in water treatment plants and wide variety of Industrial applications.

Bricks and masonry dilute 1 part acid to 2 parts water. Concrete paths dilute 1 part acid to 4 parts water. pH adjust down to a pH level of between 6.9 to 8.0 for pools and general water treatment to allow chlorine and flocculants to perform effectively.

Caustic Mini Soda Pearl

Caustic soda mini pearl are small granular type balls of solid sodium hydroxide which are suitable for cleaning where very high levels of fats and oils are present. The caustic reacts with the fats and oils to form soap, allowing the soil and grease to be carried away in the solution. Caustic can be also be used in water treatment applications for pH correction.

Wet surface with COLD water. Sprinkle a fine layer of caustic over the surface to be cleaned and broom in very well, broom until all solids are dissolved and hose off after around 8-10 minutes. Avoid using HOT water as caustic can become more aggressive with heat. Avoid using around glass and aluminium as etching may occur and avoid painted surfaces as discolouration or paint removal may result. Always test on a small inconspicuous area prior to use to ensure desired results are achieved.

Chlor Kleen Powder

A heavy duty alkaline powdered cleaner which will remove oil, grease and other stains from concrete floors and tiled areas. Can be used as a CIP booster in clean in place cleaning applications, providing increased removal of burnt product proteins and aiding in stain removal.

For heavy oiled areas wet with warm to hot water. Sprinkle Chlor Kleen Powder over the stain and broom or scrub the oily area using approximately 1 cup per 10m2. Hose off with hot wash gun or hose and repeat if necessary. For CIP add 1kg per 1000L of water with a final caustic level of 0.8 to 1.2%. Rinse with fresh water once complete. Always test on a small area prior to use to ensure desired results are achieved.

Dish Machine Liquid

A highly concentrated alkaline cleaner containing a descaling agent especially formulated for the cleaning of crockery, glasses and cutlery in automatic dishwashing units.

If the dish machine unit is not equipped with an automatic dispenser then the product may be hand dosed. For initial fill add 125mls (1/2 cup) per 10L of water into the wash tank. Then to maintain add 20ml (1 tablespoon) of liquid every 3 washes.

Dish Machine Powder

Suitable for all industrial and domestic dishwashers. This highly concentrated chlorinated formula containing a mild descaling agent that removes coffee stains and baked on soils.

The product should be placed into the automatic dispensing unit. If hand dosage is required, use approximately 125g (1/2 cup) per 10 litres water. On follow up washes use 30g every 3 washes. Floor Cleaning: Wet area with hot to warm water. Sprinkle powder on the stain and broom in. Hose off and re-apply if necessary.

General Purpose Detergent

General Purpose Detergent is a biodegradable, high foaming, unperfumed and uncoloured liquid detergent suitable for all household and industrial hand washing of glasses, pots, pans and other utensils. General purpose detergent is perfectly suited in food manufacturing facilities and sensitive areas where no taint is desired.

Recommended Dilution: Dilute 100mls per litre of warm water. Approximately 50mls per domestic sink/ 80mls per commercial sink. Scrub or soak the surface to be cleaned. A multi-purpose, fragrance free, water soluble degreaser designed for food service areas and in food manufacturing plants.

Recommended Dilution: 50mls per 1L with potable water (may be used higher or lower as required).Mop or spray on to surface and remove excess solution with mop or cloth. Always use a separate mop or wipers from those used with disinfectants or sanitisers. A broad spectrum, fragrance free, high efficiency twin chain Quat (didecyldimethylammonium chloride) rinse free sanitiser (at 10: 1) that kills bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Escherichia Coli and Salmonella.

Fresh and Clean

A 3 in 1 cleaner, 2% disinfectant and deodoriser. It can be used for various spray and wipe applications, to reduce odours and to keep surfaces clean and safe against bacteria.

For floors, product can be applied with a mop. Ensure you remove excess solution to avoid tacky floors. Recommended Dilution: dilute 50mls per litre of water. For walls and tiles, wipe on a leave for 20 minutes for effective disinfection. Rinse walls or tiles if necessary with potable water. Can be used between dilutions 100mls per litre and 25mls per litre with potable water.

A high performance alkaline cleaner specifically designed for cleaning mould and mildew from various surfaces.

A highly concentrated alkaline cleaner especially formulated for the cleaning of hot plates and grills in restaurants and hotels.

A neutral sanitiser which is ideal on hard surfaces and equipment. Isopropyl Alcohol at 70% solution increases drying time and provides better disinfection properties than 98% solutions.

A low foam, pH neutral detergent cleaner with an inbuilt twin chain quat sanitiser to allow for the disinfection of hard surfaces.

Recommended Dilution: 1:20 in warm water. Spray on or mop surfaces apply thoroughly and allow 5 mins contact, rinse with fresh water once completed. May be diluted 1 part in 10 if a stronger solution is required. For conveyor belts dilute 50:1 with water and allow good contact with belt or belt cleaning system, For CIP systems on belts product may be used stronger to provide better cleaning as long as there is a rinse function of the system.

Neutrasan LF

A highly concentrated acid cleaner suitable for dairies and food processing plants where acid cleaners are required for cleaning and descaling applications. Nowcid is suitable for cleaning all metal surfaces, including stainless steel and mild steel.

For general CIP cleaning of stainless steel, use a dilution of 1-1.5% with water. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. For the removal of Milk Stone, Scale build ups and Rust (descaling) thoroughly clean lines and machinery with detergent such as Circulation Cleaner NO.4. or Caustic Rinse. Rinse with water. Dilute Nowcid 1-1.5% with cold water. Allow 5-10minutes contact time and rinse with potable water thoroughly. Sanitiser A

A highly effective quaternary based sanitiser and algae control used to control gram positive and gram-negative bacteria in a wide variety of applications..

Sodium Hypochlorite

A highly effective broad spectrum cleaner and sanitiser. This product helps control germs (both bacteria and virus) on contact and is effective against a wide range of micro-organisms.

Mould Removal: 30ml per Litre of water and wipe over surfaces. Drains and Floors: 10ml per litre of cold water. Hose off dirt, allow thorough saturation then rinse. Water Tanks: 12ml per 1000L of water. Ensure product is well mixed. Machines: 35mls per 10L of cold water. Circulate cold for 10mins then rinse with fresh water. Pools: 1L per 40,000L. Dilute and apply evenly to pool.

Stainless Steel Cleaner

A ready to use cleaner and rejuvenator for use on stainless steel surfaces such as refrigerators, freezer doors, trolleys, dishwashing machines and other stainless steel surfaces not used for the preparation of food.

Shake well before use. Place small amount onto a lint free cloth such as microfibre and rub surface till high shine appears. Ensure food contact surfaces are rinsed with fresh water and detergent prior to food contact.

A 4% Chlorine based product that is suitable for soaking fruit and vegetables prior to food preparation.

Recommended Dilution: 40mls per 10 Litres of cold water to provide 100ppm solution. Soak vegetables for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off and allow to drain and dry. Wipeover

A blend of water soluble solvents and surfactants and is ideal for the removal of cooking grease from food preparation areas and as a general all-purpose cleaner.

Fabric Softener

Used for laundry rinse cycles and provides a fresh fragrance to the wash rinse leaving fabrics feeling good and smelling great. Contains a cationic softener which, when added to the final rinse cycle of the washing machine, greatly adds to the feel and life of all fabrics.

Top loader machines—Add 75mls per 6kg wash. Front loader machines – Add 50mls per 6kg wash. Hand Washing—Add 30mls to the final rinse. Do not use this product with bleaches, starch or water softeners as the performance of the product may be reduced.

Ocean Blue Hand Soap

Ocean Blue hand soap is a high emulsifying soap, suitable for the removal of dirt, grease and oil from hands. It has no perfume and contains antibacterial agents to reduce bacteria levels on hands and skin whilst still being gentle for everyday use.

May be used through a soap dispenser. Apply approximately 5-10mls neat, rub over hands front and back ensuring to fully foam the soap, or all over the body as required. Rinse with fresh water and dry after use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
